Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy covers the Rebel Economy website (economy.rebelants.io), the customer dashboard, and the Discord bots we operate — both our own Rebel Ants bot and the branded bots we run on behalf of the communities that subscribe to Rebel Economy.

What we collect

Discord information. When you use one of our bots or sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, plus the activity needed to run community features (points balances, transactions, quest and game activity, raffle entries, claim-code redemptions, and similar).

Wallet addresses. Only if you choose to link one for holder rewards. We read public blockchain data about NFT ownership; we never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.

Billing. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your email and subscription status; we never see or store full card numbers.

Community settings. Community owners give us configuration such as channel IDs, feature settings, and bot credentials. Sensitive credentials (like bot tokens and API keys) are stored encrypted and never shown again after saving.

Messages and AI features. Some features (like the AI chat persona and trivia) read recent messages in the channels a community owner selects, and may send that content to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not use your messages to train AI models.

How we use it

To run the points economy and bot features, process subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and keep an audit trail of admin actions. Community points are loyalty rewards inside a community — they are not cryptocurrency, not cash, not an investment, and not redeemable for cash.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads. We only share data with the service providers needed to run the product: Discord (the platform), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), our database provider, and our AI provider for AI features.

Your community owner

If you interact with a branded community bot, that community's owner controls its settings and can see member activity inside their own community (balances, transactions, and similar). They cannot see your activity in other communities.

Data retention and deletion

We keep transaction history for the integrity of each community's ledger. To request deletion of your personal data, email us and we will remove what we are not required to keep for security, audit, or legal reasons.

Children

Rebel Economy is for people who meet Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
