Terms of Service

The service

Rebel Economy gives Discord communities their own branded bot and a points economy: rewards, games, quests, raffles, claim codes, holder rewards, and related features. By creating an account, subscribing, or using one of our bots, you agree to these terms. You must also meet Discord's own terms and minimum age requirement.

Community points are not money

Points issued through Rebel Economy are loyalty rewards inside a community. They are not cryptocurrency, not cash, not an investment, not transferable between members, and not redeemable for cash. They have no monetary value. Balances can be adjusted, paused, or reset by the community's admins or by us when needed to keep an economy fair (for example after a bug, exploit, or abuse).

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and partial periods are not refunded. Trials give you full access for the trial period; when a trial ends without a paid plan, paid features lock until you subscribe. If prices change, we will tell you before your next renewal.

If you run a community

You are responsible for your server: following Discord's rules, moderating your members, and using the features lawfully. Do not present community points as an investment or as something with cash value. You keep ownership of your community's name, logo, and content; we keep ownership of the Rebel Economy platform and software.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no exploiting bugs to mint or move points, no automating interactions to farm rewards, no attempts to access other communities' data, and no use that breaks the law or Discord's terms. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and we may pause features to protect an economy while we investigate.

The honest fine print

Rebel Economy is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service — we depend on Discord, Stripe, and other providers. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Rebel Economy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We can suspend or end service for accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice to paying customers.
